You know how the narration on the website encourages us to yell out the dates on the tour page? This is my cyber way of doing that.

"JOPLIN, MO!"

Jason will be playing at my alma mater on October 4th. Here's the info:

Date: Monday, October 4th
Time: 6:30 P.M. (The website lists the concert at 7:30, but we actually moved up the start time to 6:30 to accommodate families with kids...being a school night and all.)
Cost: No charge
Venue: Ozark Christian College
Address: 1111 N. Main Joplin, MO

She just sent out another email yesterday:

The father in the family she's living with "wound up spending three
nights and days in the hospital in the city because he had picked
up a serious eye infection while hoeing corn.  Praise God, he is
on the mend, and we have completed our crazy but blessed week of
separation, school, return, and ministry."

1.  Pray for complete healing for the missionary's eye.
2.  Pray for those involved in the Thursday afternoon Bible study
(some saved and growing, and some not)
3.  Pray for the Friday kids classes, for things to go smoothly and
for salvation and miracles in the kids’ lives.
4.  Pray for wisdom, patience, grace, protection, compassion,
diligence, energy… etc.


Thank's again for praying for my friend! And also please be praying for her family back in the U.S, as they continue to adjust to her absence.

me too!  I think I'm getting nerdier the older I get, now that I've stopped trying to fight it!  hahah

I only say that about Jason is because he also has that cool rock star vibe. :)  It masks his nerdiness.
