I've done my own observing, and of course have drawn conclusions, but I never assume that I know right.

I don't ever play anything and I still don't know what to do with my hands. I end up holding them in front of me a lot. I didn't notice that until someone pointed it out to me after church a few weeks ago. His imitation of me looked a lot the Sound of Music.

I'm grateful that my hands are normally full whenever i have to talk or anything like that. If they aren't I normally cross my arms, or stick my hands in my pockets.

I noticed the hands on the Vid we did for Don't Miss Now @ the palooza. I used to have a habit of placing my hand on my stomach to make sure I was breathing properly. I hope I broke it.

He's going to be in Boca Raton on January 22nd. I'm going with my friend Michael from church.

For anyone who doesn't know this already, pumpkinspice is my step-sister! :-)

I figured maybe that we should get this thing alive and kicking again. :-)

What are your favorite and least favorite things about being on the road so much?

Hi Jason. I was curious about your song "The Golden Boy and the Prodigal" because I get the Golden Boy part, and I got the Prodigal part too, until I searched Prodigal up in the dictionary and it said "a wanderer." I hope I'm not dumb by asking you the question, and I get and I love the song a lot, but as I looked in the dictionary it potrayed the Prodigal in a negative light. So I was wondering if you could clarify that. Thank you if you answer the question.
Take a good look in the mirror, can you tell me who you see?
The one that Jesus died for or the one you'd rather be.
Can you find it in your heart, to have mercy on the one, the Father that loved so much to give, His only son.

Okay, I'll try to revive this topic. And if it doesn't work, I'll just start a new one.  :)
Who did the artwork for Everything Sad is Coming Untrue? That watercolor is beautiful!
For the want of a compass
we'd be shuffling charts
For the want of good radar
we'd be glacier parts
For the want of a lighthouse
Can't you see
We'd be lost at sea
Lost at sea

bring back Jason!

Jason, I would love to see your response to Orangehigh's question because I love that song.  It is probably in my top 3

This doesn't really have anything to do with the song, but I've heard that the Parable of the Prodigal Son should actually be called the Parable of the Prodigal Father - Prodigal meaning extravagant, reckless, and maybe even wasteful. The Father's love for the son in the story was definitely that.

It's funny how in most people's minds, that word seems to have changed meaning simply based on that story. I don't think most people equate that word with extravagance, but rather wandering away. I know I did.
